What Cards do you offer?
Credit Card: The business credit card is designed for business users and offers benefits such as extended merchant acceptance. It is recognized as a credit card by merchants, ensuring optimal acceptance both online and globally. Users can load money onto the card and use it without the risk of going into debt.
Debit Card: The business debit card is linked to the business's monetary accounts and can be used for payments and budgeting without the burden of debt. It is designed to provide a seamless payment experience for business users.
Metal Card: The Metal Credit Card is a premium offering made from 100% stainless steel, providing a stylish and durable payment option. It is available to bunq Pro and bunq Elite users for a one-time fee of €99.99. The card functions as a real credit card, ensuring optimal acceptance both online and globally.
Digital Card: Digital credit cards can be added to business accounts and are designed for online transactions. They provide a secure way to make payments without the need for a physical card. Digital cards can be created and managed easily through the bunq app. Digital credit card added to business account is not a business card

What will my credit limit be?
A prepaid credit card does not have a credit limit because it is not a traditional credit card with a line of credit. Instead, you need to load money onto the card before you can use it for payments. The amount you can spend is limited to the balance you have loaded onto the card.
Do the Credit Cards have any fees?
You won't be charged for ordering or keeping a card when staying in the limits of your plan. Besides that, you might incur fees when:
Ordering a Metal Credit Card: The Metal Credit Card is available to all verified bunq Pro and bunq Elite users. It costs a one-time fee of €99.99.
Additional Physical Cards: For bunq Core, you can have 1 physical card for free. Additional cards cost €9.99 each. For bunq Pro and bunq Elite, you can have 3 physical cards for free. Additional cards cost €9.99 each. If you have more active physical cards than your plan allows, you'll be charged a monthly fee of €3.45 for each extra card.

Digital business cards are digital cards that can be used for online transactions instead of physical cards. They offer several benefits, including enhanced security and convenience. Here are some key points about digital business cards:
Security: Digital cards are safer than physical cards because you can delete and recreate them in seconds if your card details are compromised.
Convenience: Digital cards can be quickly created whenever needed and can be added to digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay for easy use.
Usage: They are ideal for online shopping and can be used to ensure that the card details of your physical card are never compromised. This makes them a great option for when you’re not sure if you can trust the merchant.
Business benefits: For business users, both physical and digital cards can be used to manage employee expenses, track spending, and integrate with bookkeeping software. They can also be linked to specific sub-accounts for better budgeting and control.
Plans: Different bunq business plans offer varying numbers of digital cards. For example, the bunq Pro & Elite Business plans includes 25 digital cards, while the bunq Core & Free Business plans include 1 digital card.
Can I set spend controls on employee cards?
Yes, you can set spend controls on employee cards. As a business owner, you have the ability to set monthly limits on the cards and change them as needed. Additionally, you can block or unblock cards to maintain control over employee spending. This feature is part of the employee expense management solution offered to bunq Pro Business and bunq Elite Business users.
How many physical cards can I have?
The number of physical cards a business can have depends on their plan. Here are the details:
bunq Core Business: 1 physical card is included for free. Additional physical cards cost €9.99 to order, and if you have more active physical cards than your plan allows, you'll be charged a monthly fee of €3.45 for each extra card.
bunq Pro Business: 3 physical cards are included for free. Additional physical cards cost €9.99 to order, and if you have more active physical cards than your plan allows, you'll be charged a monthly fee of €3.45 for each extra card. 3 Employee cards are included for free. Additional employee cards cost €9.99 one-off (only if they choose a physical card) + €3.49 per month per employee (digital or physical).
bunq Elite Business: 3 physical cards are included for free. Additional physical cards cost €9.99 to order, and if you have more active physical cards than your plan allows, you'll be charged a monthly fee of €3.45 for each extra card. 10 Employee cards are included for free. Additional employee cards cost €9.99 one-off (only if they choose a physical card) + €3.49 per month per employee (digital or physical).
How does ZeroFX work?
ZeroFX is a feature offered by bunq that allows users to save money when spending abroad by avoiding the typical foreign exchange fees charged by traditional banks. Here’s how it works:
No Fixed Fee for Spending Abroad: Instead of having a fixed fee of 1.5% on top of your payment, bunq uses the Mastercard exchange rate + 0.5% currency fluctuation at the moment the payment is confirmed by the merchant. This means you get the best possible rate without additional fees.
Opt for Local Currency: To activate ZeroFX, you need to choose the local currency when paying or withdrawing from an ATM abroad. This ensures that the transaction is processed using the current exchange rate without additional fees.
Threshold for Free Usage: For bunq Free users, ZeroFX is applied to payments below a €1000 threshold. If the payment exceeds this limit, ZeroFX is not applied to the amount above the threshold and the user will be charged an additional 1% conversion fee.
Monthly Savings Summary: Users can see the total amount saved with ZeroFX in the app, which can be a significant amount over time, especially for frequent travelers.
