Use this form to report any suspicious or fraudulent activity related to your bank account. Please share as many details as possible so our team can investigate swiftly and secure your account.
If the fraudulent transaction was made using your bunq card
You can easily report it via your bunq app, following these simple steps:
Tap on 🏠 Home
Select the Bank Account from which the payment was made
Click on the payment you want to request a refund for
Tap "More"
Tap "Request a Chargeback"
Select the reason "I don't recognize this payment"
Enter the required information and submit
Done 🎉
The shop in which the purchase was made has up to 30 days to answer the request - they are usually quicker than that!
