1. Eligibility

This promotion is available exclusively to bunq users who access the campaign directly through the official Freenow promotion between 15 December 2025 and 31 March 2026.

New Users

• Only new bunq users who sign up via the dedicated Freenow landing page using the cashback sign-up tool are eligible;

• You must successfully complete all required KYC checks and fully verify your bunq account;

• You must be 18 years or older at the time of participation;

• Business accounts are not eligible.

Existing Users

• Existing bunq users who signed up and have made a purchase on Freenow using a bunq-issued card before 15 December 2025 and who access this campaign directly from the Freenow promotion can participate;

• Existing users must enter their full name and email address and verify your information on the landing page;

• You must be 18 years or older at the time of participation;

• Business accounts are not eligible.

Each user can participate once.

2. Offer Details

New Users: Cashback

Eligible new users can receive up to €50 total cashback on Freenow rides paid with their bunq-issued card.

• Cashback is granted as follows:

  • 5 eligible transactions, each earning up to €10 cashback.

  • Each single ride must have a minimum value of €10.

  • Total maximum cashback: €50.

• Payments must be made directly with a bunq card (virtual or physical). Payments via PayPal, Curve, Klarna, iDEAL, or similar services are not eligible.

• Applicable cashback will be automatically credited to your bunq account on your next bunq Payday after completing an eligible payment (within 7 days).

Existing Users: Vouchers

Eligible existing users will receive:

• Five (5) Freenow vouchers,

• Each worth €10,

• Redeemable on rides of €10 minimum.

Vouchers will be issued within fourteen (14) days and expire thirty (30) days after deposit in the app.

Vouchers will be automatically credited and sent to your email address (within 14 days).

3. Additional Terms

bunq and Freenow may modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion in the following cases:

• Fraud or attempted fraud,

• Abuse, misuse or circumvention of the promotion or these terms,

• Technical, operational, or system errors or disruptions,

• Legal, regulatory or supervisory requirements or guidance, or

• Changes to, suspension of, or discontinuation of Freenow’s relevant services (for example, if the partner stops offering the underlying service).

All changes apply only prospectively and any cashback already earned will be paid out, except where bunq reasonably determines that fraud, abuse, or misuse has occurred. These promotional terms apply alongside the bunq Cashback General Terms and Conditions and the bunq General Terms and Conditions. In the event of inconsistency, these promotional terms prevail for this promotion only. The general Terms and Conditions of Freenow apply to purchases on Freenow. By participating, you agree to these Terms.
