How the bunq Tree Planting Feature Works

Since April 13, 2026, you earn trees by spinning the Wheel of Fortune in the bunq app. You get a spin for each eligible payment with your bunq Card. We work with veritree to plant the trees, together with local partners such as Earth Lungs. Our current projects are in Mteza Creek and Tana Salt in southern Kenya.
