Get started

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Home tab
  2. Select the sub-account you made the payment from
  3. Find and open the payment
  4. Tap on Purchase may be insured
  5. Tap on File a claim
  6. Follow the instructions provided in the portal and file a claim
