This is you

  • you’re an empath and can easily put yourself in the user’s shoes.
  • you've got good foundation knowledge of PHP or Java and are always willing to learn more.
  • you’re structured and organised, and not afraid of meeting tight deadlines.
  • you’ve got 0-2 years of experience as a Backend Intern/Junior Backend Developer/Technical Support Engineer and know how to get shit done!

This is how you'll contribute

  • be curious and proactive in exploring and learning our backend systems.
  • provide a solution to backend bugs that our users may encounter in a timely manner.
  • ensure no backend bugs are closed without fixing the specific issue of affected users and they are properly recorded.
  • take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
