you’ve got 0-2 years of experience as a Backend Intern/Junior Backend Developer/Technical Support Engineer and know how to get shit done!
This is how you'll contribute
be curious and proactive in exploring and learning our backend systems.
provide a solution to backend bugs that our users may encounter during onboarding in a timely manner.
ensure no backend bugs are closed without fixing the specific issue of affected users and they are properly recorded.
take ownership of onboarding customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
