This is how you'll contribute
oversee a team of 10 support guides in our office in Sofia, while making sure we provide top quality support.
ensure guides perform at their best while meeting company goals and KPIs.
be the first point of contact/escalation for your team and help them resolve more complex issues of our users.
maintain and improve our processes proactively.
