- you’re a process-minded empath who always tries to understand the needs of others.

- you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty just so you can align our processes with our users’ needs.
- you’ve about 1-2 years of experience in a management/leadership role, are fluent in English (bonus points for other European languages) and ready to get shit done.
This is how you'll contribute
- oversee a team of 10 support guides in our office in Sofia, while making sure we provide top quality support.
- ensure guides perform at their best while meeting company goals and KPIs.
- be the first point of contact/escalation for your team and help them resolve more complex issues of our users.
- maintain and improve our processes proactively.
