  • you’re an empath, you’re a good listener and you have an extremely proactive mindset.
  • you’ve got a way with words and can easily read tricky situations.

  • you’ve got around 2-4 years of experience in a customer facing role and a masters in getting shit done.

This is how you'll contribute

  • oversee 1st line support across our offices in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Sofia, making sure we provide top quality support across the board.
  • ensure team members perform at their best while meeting company goals and KPIs.
  • provide feedback and improvements to 1st liners.
  • investigate/troubleshoot more complex issues of our users.
  • manage support shifts and a multicultural/trans-international team.
