  • you take user-first to the next level.
  • you're seasoned in the customer support field and know all about QA in such environments.
  • you’re experienced with training and coaching others on delivering a hiqh quality service.
  • you’ve got 5-10 years experience with quality control and coaching for customer facing roles and a lifetime of getting shit done!

This is how you'll contribute

  • ensure our support team provides the best user experience, increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • implement quality assurance processes for internal feedback loops in customer support.
  • reduce support-related negative online reviews by creating quality control measurables.
  • set up a training program based on quality performance.
