  • you’ve got great organisational skills and are a pro multitasker.
  • you’re a confident communicator with great attention to detail.
  • you’ve got an endless drive for improvement and a process-oriented mind.
  • you’re a self-starter with 0-3 years of experience in the HR Ops field and a proven track record of getting shit done.

This is how you'll contribute

  • ensure bunq provides efficient and consistent processes for employee onboarding & HR ops.
  • be proactive in identifying opportunities to learn and improve the employee onboarding process.
  • own internal reporting, document templates and operations’ tools.
  • remove all performance/ops gaps for R’dam/A’dam/Sofia
