- Negotiation
- Communication
Skills we’re looking for:
- Excellent understanding of German banking users (individuals and SMEs), their needs and the local partner / service provider landscape
- Build and develop partner relationships in Germany
- Competitive sales skills and commercial acumen to deliver on revenue targets
- Sound understanding of APIs, OpenBanking and related concepts
- Ability to communicate to & manage a broad set of stakeholders (i.e. various bunq teams, external partners) and make change happen
- Near-native level of German & English

What to expect from the tests
To kick off your application, we’ll first help you check if bunq is the right environment for you to succeed. Our bunq assessment takes approximately 30 minutes and includes 2 tests: an abstract reasoning test and a personality test (MBTI). If we match here, we’ll move on to the next test - this is related to your skills, and differs per role. You’ll find more info about this test and what’s expected in the job description.
