This is how you'll contribute
keep our unique bunq culture maintained while we scale and grow internationally.
act as a consultant to bunqers regarding policies and procedures.
create new HR processes and procedures and improve and simplify existing ones.
evolve HR processes related to inflow, assessment, remuneration and outflow.
execute daily ops to assist HR ops e.g. onboarding, off-boarding, visa and contract law.
