  • you’re as wise with words as you are with graphic content strategy execution.
  • thinking through brand voice and tone comes as first and second nature.
  • you have two eyes for detail, because you know it’s better than ‘an eye’.
  • you’re a skilled leader of multidisciplinary marketing teams.
  • you’ve got at least 3-5 years in the shoes of a social marketing specialist, 3 years as a content marketing team lead and you’re the epitome of getting shit done.

This is how you'll contribute

  • take bunq’s company goal and define clear KPIs, OKRs and strategies for your team of 8 FTE.
  • own social channel concept development, planning, execution and budgeting.
  • motivate, drive and hire content, media, communication creators and strategists.
  • assess communication and social performance via analytics for learning and optimization.
  • ensure your team’s content drives impressions and user conversion.
