For you to be successful in Customer Support - English, you need a couple of hard skills. Prove to us that you’ve got what it takes is by testing your skills. 


It takes roughly 10 minutes and focuses on 1 area: 


  • Problem solving


Skills we’re looking for:


  • Being a near-native English speaker, bonus points for French, German, Italian, Dutch or Spanish, while being located in Sofia
  • A master at using the written word, emojis and gifs to make our users happy
  • You can listen, investigate and pinpoint the source of the problem. Then fix it.
  • Learning A-Z about bunq and grow your knowledge of the FinTech world
  • Being able to work in an international environment, by coordinating with 2nd line support at bunq HQ (Amsterdam)

Your journey

How do you become a bunqer? It all starts with a few quick tests that allow us to objectively determine if you’re a fit for bunq. If the results show that we’re a match on these fronts, we take it a step further and discuss role specific. Before we decide on making you an offer, you’ll get a chance to show us that you have what it takes on your Make A Difference day.

What to expect from the tests

To kick off  your application, we’ll first help you check if bunq is the right environment for you to succeed. Our bunq assessment takes approximately 30 minutes and includes 2 tests: an abstract reasoning test and a personality test (MBTI).  If we match here, we’ll move on to the next test - this is related to your skills, and differs per role. You’ll find more info about this test and what’s expected in the job description.
