  • you’ve always been an empath, being able to put yourself in the shoes of users.
  • you consistently think in solutions, not problems.
  • you have an extremely proactive mindset and never leave anything unfinished.
  • you’ve got around 4-5 years of experience in a customer facing role and at least 1,5 years leading a team.

This is how you'll contribute

  • build, from the ground up, an international customer success team.
  • facilitate our user’s success using the bunq app through proactive support initiatives.
  • drive customer retention and referrals by predicting user behaviour with data.
  • develop and grow internal and external knowledge bases making life easy for all bunqers.
  • lead processes advocating user needs for new product implementation.
