Upload documents during verification, or tap the pending event under Awaiting Events on your Profile if we request more later. You can also send attachments through Support in the app.
For the Netherlands we accept, among others: Eenmanszaak, Besloten Vennootschap, Stichting, Vennootschap onder firma, Maatschap, and Vereniging variants. Other countries have their own accepted lists in the help article.
Depending on your country and legal form, we may request articles of association, chamber excerpts, incorporation deeds, director or UBO ID, shareholder registers, tax filings, or proof of address. Any follow-up appears in the bunq app.
We ask about your company’s activities, how you’ll use the account, expected monthly volume, your website, and who the directors and ultimate beneficial owners are.
Exact documents depend on your legal form; a website can speed up review, and we’ll request anything else in-app.
