The improved and simplified design lets you enjoy more bunq with less taps. We’ve listened to your feedback and made some changes, so bunqessential features are now easier to access. You can now Pay and Request with just a tap, and adding sub-accounts or ordering new cards is easy as ABC with + buttons on the Home screen. If you’re looking for a specific feature and not sure where to find it, simply use the search bar in the Settings menu!
2) Support SOS is there when you need it 🙌
Need help right away? If there’s an SOS type of issue with your app or cards, you can open an SOS chat straight from your bunq app. We’re happy to help 24/7. Once we get your SOS request, you’ll simply have to follow some simple steps, and your inquiry will instantly become our nr. 1 priority. Here to save you time when you need it most!
You can also get SOS support by calling +31202256320. Keep in mind that you can only use this feature once a month, whether it’s through your bunq app or by phone.

If you ever had to settle many requests at once, you know it can be quite time consuming. Not anymore! You can now select as many payments or events and simply settle them with one tap. Whether you’re splitting last night’s bills with friends, or adding payments to an activity, it only takes a couple of seconds.
